About Me
As a learning and personal development specialist, I have enjoyed a 30 year career engaged in my passion for helping and supporting others to overcome their challenges and achieve their dreams and aspirations, both personally and professionally.
I have worked within small, large and international organisations as well as with private clients, giving me the opportunity to experience a diverse range of cultures, educational and social backgrounds with differing values and beliefs. From this, I have learned that, despite our differences, we all live lives that have challenges, constraints and frustrations as well as aspects of joy, happiness, contentment and fulfilment.
I offer hypnotherapy, counselling and coaching approaches to help, support and empower my clients make the changes they can, want and desire to make for themselves. If I cannot support any client or potential client for any reason, I will signpost them to the most appropriate support resource to help them with their needs.
I gained my Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD) studying at the Central England College for Clinical Hypnosis. I am a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH), the Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy (APHP), The Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy (APHP) and the National Register of Psychotherapists and Counsellors (NRPC). I am a qualified Mindfulness Now teacher, approved by the British Psychological Society. I also hold a Diploma in Personal Performance Coaching. I am committed to ongoing professional development and regularly attend CPD (Continuous Personal Development) training events and seminars.
